~

up-turned tail

bright eye

tiny, he occupies

the mossy stage, attends

to all his audience

~

earnest performer

beak and feathered

throat

maneuver air

orchestral synchrony

~

bright burble

trills and runs

mimic

interplay

of pebble and brook

~

~
