poetry and prose about place
I have covered bridges on my mind … this great view of our Patrick Owens Bridge in Rusagonis, taken last summer on a drive home through the rain!

Hi Rebecca. Thanks. Right place, right time. I drive across this bridge almost every day. Jane

Something that immediately came to my questioning mind when I saw this awesome photo where you had to be in the right place, at the right time with the right equipment right handy to shoot and capture this scene, was brought up by the words you used which included the word “foot”. Does a rainbow have a head and foot and how are they defined one from the other?

Hi. All I know, there is supposed to be a pot of gold at the ‘end’ of the rainbow and in my head, that is the ‘foot’! No idea where the head might be! By commenting, you are entered into the draw for a copy of my new poetry book ‘in the shelter of the covered bridge’ … Thanks for commenting! Jane
